Keeping in mind central nervous system output, hormone health, and past medical history, each patient is evaluated to determine the type of physical activity that is most beneficial. Empowered helps identify what’s safe for your body while matching your fitness goals. Whether its a high intensity work out or a walk in the woods, all movement helps you thrive.  

Dr. Hibler has based her life off of movement, starting as early as three years old. As a toddler, she did step aerobic work outs in her living room, and aspired to be an step instructor. As a freshman in high school she started on the Varsity soccer team, and won regional tennis as a Senior. In college, she was the Captain of the FSU dance team, and served as a student athletic trainer to Ferris State University’s hockey and football teams. During graduate school, she became a certified Zumba Dance Instructor in New York City. Today, she enjoys rock climbing, CrossFit, hiking, barre, yoga, and playing soccer with her son.
