Food is meant to be pleasurable. It’s about slowing down, paying attention, and savoring each bite. 

Our community is centered around food. It is present when we celebrate, and when we mourn. We reach for certain foods when we’re happy, and other ones when we’re sad. There is undeniably an emotional connection to every food that we eat. Being in tune with this can make all the difference when trying to reach our health goals.  

Luckily, we get to decide the types of foods that we put into our body. The first step in making food related changes is discovering what our relationship with food looks like. In our visits we will identify, why we eat the foods that we eat, and how these foods make us feel.
